All guides and climbers in the Meroway Adventure team are the Nepalese, the Sherpas from origin who were born in the mountains. Their organisms, adapted in the special way to stay at high altitudes, are a great support in the everyday work of the mountain guides and climbers. All our guides have certificated issued by the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management, which constitute a certificate confirming acquired skills and a possibility of the rightful fulfilment of the functions of the mountain guide and climber. They have a long-term mountain experience, a part of them climbed successfully to the highest mountains in the world (Mount Everest, Cho Oyu, Sishapangma). The have acquired qualifications during certified courses, inter alia, organised by NMA (Nepal Mountaineering Association). The constantly improve qualifications by further trainings, and also taking from the experiences of the professional colleagues. They also underwent subsequent trainings of the medical assistance and are prepared for managing crisis situations.

  • Temba Sherpa

    Born in 1982, certified mountain guide and climber. 14 years of the mountain experience. He has visited many areas, among others, regions of Everest, Langtang, Gosaikunda, Dutkunda Take, Dolpa Take, Mustang, Manang, Annapurna, Panch Pokhari, Mera, Aampu Lapcha, Tibet Mount Kailash (more than thirty times), Helambu, Shivapuri Chisapani Trek, Pokhara Sikilist, Panchase and many, many more. Knowledge of foreign languages: English, Hindi.

  • Nima Sherpa

    An owner and father of Meroway Adventure. A licenced mountain guide and a high-altitude climber. In the season most time in Nepal, in off season in Poland, Wrocław city, where is trying to know polish culture and learn not easy polish language. 10 years of the mountain experience. He leads trekking expeditions mainly in the region Annapurna, Everest, Langtang, Mustang, Dolpo and expeditions to the trekking peaks, like Island Peak or Mera Peak. In a free time take his travelers to the best local lassi place. Knowledge of foreign languages: English, Hindi, Polish (in the process of learning).

  • Paulina Franczak Sherpa

    An office manager. A passionate of the mountains and travels, a graduate of, inter alia, cultural studies, and of postgraduate studies in Psychology of business and Project management. She supports all team members in better understanding client’s needs, especially Polish travellers and Polish culture. Knowledge of foreign languages: English, Nepali (in the process of learning).

  • Furdeni Sherpa

    The youngest in the team, was born in 1996. 4 years of mountain experience. Started as a porter and last year an assistant guide. On the beginning of this year has passed successfully guiding training and posses guide license. In the company manage office work and work as an assistant guide.Till now has the biggest experience with the Everest Base Camp, Gokyo and Annapurna Round trials. Languages: nepali, english and basic korean.

  • Buddhi Bahadur Lama

    Born in 1985, certified mountain guide and climber. 10 years of the mountain experience, since 12 years leads also biking groups. One of the most liked guide among aour whole team. Buddhi has visited many areas, he is an expert in the Everest region. Lives in Machhermo, only one stop from the beautiful Gokyo lakes. Completed many courses preparing him for work in the mountains, including advanced mountaineering course and mountain trek leadership course. Knowledge of foreign languages: English, Hindi.
